		<description>Thank you for the well written article. I have been trying to keep myself relatively fit while battling a disease called Lupus. Its incredibly painful, and sometimes I cant get out of bed for most of the day. Motivation as you can imagine becomes central in an everyday struggle to live. And if I do not move around my circulation will only become worse over time. Daily i see how fear, and pain pull at my sense of direction. Thanks for helping me feel less lost.  I think as long as I make a plan that balances both in a way that takes me forward I will make it.
