Congratulations. You are starting down the most thrilling path of life. However there are many pitfalls. And you must be vigilent against them.

So the first thing I want you to do right now is set out a time where you will focus on you, your dreams and ensuring you are in top shape to think and perform in your everyday life. What Stephen Covey calls ‘sharpening your saw’.
So get your calender, diary or phone or whatever you use and work out how much time you are going to devote to this training and make appointments every week. Just as you would if you had a weekly review with your Boss. Ideally these would be the same time slots every week, but if you must, make sure that you book out at least 5-6 weeks ahead.
This is your time. You also want to store up blog posts, videos and emails relevant to this journey to look at in your own time. Unless you really have to, don’t just open them because they are there. Deal with them when you are in the right frame of mind, on your schedule.
One More Tip.
Before you start to read and watch materials in a session, review what’s going on in your own mind. Get clear on how you feel emotionally, what is the issue that if you could resolve it or see it in a new light would have the biggest impact on your life. Then use that as the context to apply the ideas, concepts and theories to.
