Emotional Health
Everything in life, when you boil it down to its sub-atomic level is just energy. This energy is the force of life. This force creates and connects everything. By definition, nothing can exist without it or separate from it. The history of mankind has been a debate over what this force is called or wants. Today some call it God, in various languages, or the evolutionary force or life force. It doesn’t matter because the words and interpretations are the petty details that only us humans care about. This force of life flows through us. Our beliefs determine and shape the world that we experience. As the life force flows through our beliefs, it creates an emotional reaction. This reaction is a message from Life, God, the Universe, Evolution or whatever you wish to call it. If the emotion is positive, your beliefs are allowing life to flow through you freely. If the emotions are negative, there are one or more beliefs that are causing friction with the energy flowing through you. The specific emotion you feel is highlighting to you the beliefs that need changing in order for you to feel in tune with life. Adapting your beliefs to fit in with your emotions will develop the truest and most effective Operating System. And this will lead you to the path that is perfectly designed for you to walk along. The type of emotion will help to lead you to the source of the belief that is creating your discomfort. Emotional health or dis-ease is created in exactly the same way as physical health or dis-ease.
We are physically
healthy when our body is in its
natural state. When our body gets
knocked out of balance through
something alien to it, such as
pollutants, germs or even the
biochemical effects of too much
stress, it starts to exhibit
symptoms of being unwell. Many of
the symptoms of a disease are
actually the side effects of our
body working to protect us.
These will attack us for as long as we continue to believe they are important. Once we get crystal clear on exactly who we are and what we are here to do… our emotional immune system becomes strong enough to make these invaders irrelevant to us. Just as a healthy body with sufficient nutritional reserves will protect us from physical invaders.
