How Could Stress Coaching Help You?
Life is inevitably stressful. It’s stressful because it is continually changing. I often say that if you don’t feel stressed on a regular basis, it’s either because you don’t care enough or you aren’t pushing yourself anywhere close to reaching your potential.
Because there are people and things you care about, you naturally create an outcome that you want to happen. You want life to go well for them and there are things that you want for yourself. And so whenever something seems to come between you and these dream outcomes, then it’s naturally stressful.
Most people deal with stress by relieving the stress. They meditate, have a massage, exercise or comfort eat to ease the feelings. But I want more for you.
You see, easing your feelings is all very well. It can be an essential first step to getting past the blockage. But if you only ease your feelings, the situation hasn’t changed and so your dream outcome that you want is still blocked to you.
It might be that you need to find a new route or maybe you really want something that is different from what you thought you wanted, but you still need to deal with the situation that is causing you stress.
You see, stress is a natural part of a healthy life. It is only prolonged stress that causes us problems. If you could experience stress regularly and work through the issues to the other side and thereby approach life without fear, think how your life would be changed. What could you do?
The Key To Stress Is All About Speed Of Resolution
The secret to dealing with stress is to work through it quickly.
However, most people are terrible at resolving stress. Or to be more accurate most people are terrible at resolving their own stress. They can deal with the same situation when someone else is in it, but for themselves they just can’t see the wood for the trees.
The reason is because they get stuck too long in a stressful state in a certain circumstances and before long they cannot see reality with any accuracy. Their panic and their desire for it to be different than it is, causes them to distort their thoughts and perceptions on the subject and so they stay stuck for weeks, months and sometimes years.
The quality of your life is really determined by how quickly you can flow through it experiencing exciting new situations and circumstances. When life becomes a drag is only when we get stuck in the same circumstances for an extended length of time. Then life feels dull and lifeless.
So the secret to being able to flow through life is to be able to manage your emotions. If you get depressed or irritated, you are unlikely to be in your best state to tackle these obstacles. If you can get yourself into a state where you can effectively deal with these blockages, then your life can start flowing again.
Now I pretty much have covered all you would need to know to manage your emotions and move past stressful situations, but often it takes people a while to get to grips with these principles and ideas. And while I’m useless at many things, I do have a natural talent – and 16 years intense study – at resolving stress. So it seems silly for you to struggle for weeks or months with an issue, when I’m sat here and could help you get through it in hours or possibly minutes.
So here’s what to do;
Fill out the form below, tell me a little about your situation and how I could help. Then tell me what it would be worth for you to resolve the situation and make me an offer. If I have the time and financially it seems fair enough, we can get on the phone and resolve the issue together, quickly.
I’m paranoid about you getting value for money, so I offer a full money back guarantee. You have nothing to lose and it could make a huge difference in your life.

Very good site on Stress Management. Stress is just a part of life and we have good stress, bad stress. It’s not stress that determines how we get through, but through our general attitude about life and how we choose to react to things in our life.
There are people who react in life, not putting forth much effort, generally a negative type person…
There are people who seize life and their “seemingly” good luck is how they choose to react to what life throws them.
A positive, optimistic, I can do anything I put my mind to and choose to be happy about things is the other type of person.
Remember, what is stressful to some is not stressful to others.
Life rewards action as Dr. Phil says, and your attitude in life determines your altitude.
I choose to Never Settle, Never Give Up and I choose to not get by but THRIVE under bad things that come my way that are out of my control.
Enjoy your day!!! and Keep up your great work!!!
