		<description>Very good site on Stress Management.  Stress is just a part of life and we have good stress, bad stress.  It&#039;s not stress that determines how we get through, but through our general attitude about life and how we choose to react to things in our life.

There are people who react in life, not putting forth much effort, generally a negative type person...

There are people who seize life and their &quot;seemingly&quot; good luck is how they choose to react to what life throws them.
A positive, optimistic, I can do anything I put my mind to and choose to be happy about things is the other type of person.

Remember, what is stressful to some is not stressful to others.

Life rewards action as Dr. Phil says, and your attitude in life determines your altitude.

I choose to Never Settle, Never Give Up and I choose to not get by but THRIVE under bad things that come my way that are out of my control.
