		<description>Perhaps the great difference is in being happy as opposed to feeling happy. Feeling happy is usually  more temporal where as being happy is more like the real thing &#8211; the ultimate happiness of knowing who you really are.  </description>

		<description>Happiness is a state of mind hence it can be optainted by doing any physical work with full involvment of your mind ,so called heart.Condition in such physical work is that you must mentally ready to accept publically the out come of  such work and take its responsibility. 
This will give you the real plesure which is called happiness. </description>
