What is stress?

You could say it was making and uploading a video for the first time :) .

Sorry for the delay, but getting to grips with a new technology is always filled with potholes. I would have liked to have made the video better, but I if I was to get anything out this week, it would have to be this.

The written version on what is stress is here and the audio version is here.

Hi Rob,

I thought this was magic. You’re stuff is so uplifting – you make me really believe I can do this – and I am already to some degree with your help! I think seeing and hearing you say the words helps it to come to life.

Thank you so much

Good Job Rob.

Looking forward to hearing your tools for managing stress. I think stress can be equated to the inherent inner belief that you might not be able to complete a task, job etc. Or the inner belief that you may not have the means to achieve. I think overcoming this might mean to weigh up the reality of the situation against your beliefs. Ask questions: have I done anything like this before?
What resources do I have that I can draw from to complete this task?

Looking forward to the next part.

Thanks Ruth, Sanjay and The MM.

Ois, yes I think it’s basically all a question of perception.

And by the way remember the eleventh commandment;

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s sweater. :)
